  The last entry (for now) in my series of this family from engagement, to wedding, through pregnancy and now baby pictures.  Genevieve’s mom happened to be visiting that day, so I got the chance for some lovely three generation portraits.

Merry Christmas! I’m wishing everyone a happy, h Merry Christmas! I’m wishing everyone a happy, healthy and peaceful shift between the years ❤️. I’m going to take some time off from social media to focus on things like updating my website, pushing myself creatively, cleaning up and cleaning out (literally and figuratively) my spaces, and hopefully connecting in person with more loved ones. They do smaller weddings, and this one was the smallest - just the couple, the officiant, and me as witness! It’s our 17th (!!!!) wedding anniversary today! It’s our 17th (!!!!) wedding anniversary today! I thought I’d share these funny cheap/ DIY wedding favors we had made for our guests. We got married privately at city hall in December, then had a big bbq party in the park in April, so instead of putting a date on our pencils, we decided to share our feelings about being married. It’s still awesome, all these many years later!

I was shooting @lllokayy & @shaheenlr ‘s wedding I was shooting @lllokayy & @shaheenlr ‘s wedding portraits when the venue manager surprised us all with the offer of, “do you want to hold my parrot for some shots?” Here’s L’s lovely peacock friend (it was a costumes-encouraged wedding), holding the parrot of the General’s Residence @fortmasoncenter !
